In this workshop, we’ll help you take a step back and look at the bigger picture, where your business is heading and how to get there.
You’ll work on developing a clear three-year vision and explore the key areas that can drive sustainable growth, such as:

- Exploring new markets and sales channels, including Amazon, export opportunities, and trade shows
- Building a roadmap for growth with hands-on tools and real-world case studies from fellow food and drink businesses
